It was the study that sugar beet was sprayed by four kind growth regulators (ABA, Uniconazole and Spermidine and BR) at different development stages in Naobao Village, liangcheng county wulanchabu city of Inner Mongolia in 2015. The measure to increase yield and quality was get through growth index, photosynthetic indexes and yield and quality in sugar beet. It provided the effective chemical control measures to improve the production ability and its theoretical basis of sugar beet. The mainly results were as follows:1. There was different effect applying different plant growth regulator concentration at different time on sugar beet. Under this experimental condition, the yield and sugar yield was the largest spraying 1 mmol·L-1 spermidine at the leave rapid growth period of sugar beet, it was increased by 16.64% and 19.84% respectively; Sugar content was increased spraying ABA 20mg·L-1 at sugar accumulation period,it was 0.96% higher than that of contrast.2. The suitable concentration of plant growth regulator can influence production quality of sugar beet through improving the morphology and photosynthetic physiological indexes. It can promoted root growth spraying 10 mg. L "’ABA at the leave rapid growth period of sugar beet; it can increased the SPAD value, improved the leaf net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance spraying 0.1 mg. L-’BR at the leave rapid growth period and root and sugar increase period.3. Under the condition of same plant growth regulator and concentration, two times spraying effect was better than that of spraying only once; the spraying effect was better at earlier period than that at later period. Comprehensive indicators, spraying 1 mmol·L-Spermine or 10 mg·L-1 ABA can adjusted production quality of sugar beet. It was as root outside effective control measures to increase yield and sugar content.
