Research Of Automatic Irrigation Intake Device In Field

With the implementation of the industrial water and domestic water requirement, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become more acute.People pay more attention to how to increase the efficiency of the water in field, reduce agricultural non-point source pollution and improve the automation coverage in field.Three kinds of difference inlet gates apply for the field are introduced in this paper: timing automatic closing gate,constant head automatic closing gate and timing automatic opening gate. The specific function and application of these three kinds of gates are discussed in this paper. These three kinds of system are simple、stable、inexpensive. It can be promoted in underdeveloped area and rise the utilization coefficient of irrigation water.1.The function of constant head automatic closing gate is when the water level of field reach the set value, the gate can close automatically. This system consist of gate and liquid level sensor system. The gate make of PVC material. Three different sizes are designed for different calibers of intake. The liquid level sensor system consist of liquid level transducer, relay, electromagnet and storage battery. The power supply of the liquid level sensor system is 12V storage battery. This system is mainly applied to the rice irrigation area.2.The function of timing automatic closing gate is when the irrigation time reach the pre-designed time, the gate can close automatically. This system include gate and timing system. The gate make of PVC material.Three different sizes are designed for different calibers of intake.The timing system consist of time relay、electromagnet and storage battery. The power supply of the liquid level sensor system is 12V storage battery.3.The function of timing automatic opening and closing gate is when the irrigation time reach the pre-designed time, the gate can open automatically.This system include gate and timing system. The gate make of PVC material and adopt rubber-sealing to reduce the leakage. The timing system consist of time relay、electromagnet and storage battery. The power supply of the liquid level sensor system is 12V storage battery.
