Forest is an important natural resource to realize the sustainable development of social economy, and the healthy forest resource is the key to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Under the background of the global natural resources depletion, the ecological public welfare forest is an important part of forestry development and the improvement of the ecological environment.How to establish a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological public welfare forest is the key to the development of forest condition assessment and forest resource management standard in China. Coupling between the components and forest health of research of the forest ecological system, and provide more theoretical basis for forest indicator screening and forest management plan, to maintain the balance of ecological system and maximize the play effect of public welfare forest has important significance.In this study, Qingyang Lake National Forest Park Public Welfare as the research object to forestry and forest management and other disciplines theory, combined with the structural characteristics of the area of forest resources and problems from affecting forest health in the four aspects of the system vitality, community composition, soil properties and resistance to external 29 primary indicators by the Pearson correlation analysis, selected 16 indicators to build Qingyang Lake national forest Park Public Welfare health evaluation system. And strive to fully reflect the health status of science stands, and propose effective management measures. The main findings are as follows:(1) Using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software, the 29 indicators of the preliminary selection of Qingyang Lake National Forest Park public welfare forest evaluation index system for Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the vitality of the system layer, slope position and community structure of correlation significantly (P<0.05). The correlation coefficient is 0.496; average diameter at breast height and community structure, average tree high and mean DBH of correlation significantly (P<0.05), correlation coefficient respectively 0.538,0.500; volume per unit area volume and mean DBH of the correlation was highly significant positive correlation (P<0.01). The correlation coefficient 0.742; Many studies have showed that the average diameter breast height, average tree height and unit area volume of the three are independent of the ecological significance of the ecological significance, will be retained, this paper will also retain the three indicators for further research. Community structure layer,Shannon-Weiner index between the shrub layer and the shrub layer Simpson shrub layer index, Margalefef index, Pielou index in shrub layer a very significant correlation (P<0.01), the correlation coefficients were 0.957,0.865,0.840; between the herb layer Shannon-Weiner index and Simpson index of herb layer, herb layer Margalefef index and Pielou index of herb layer was significantly related (P<0.01), the correlation coefficients were 0.657,0.585,0.725;Trees layer Margalef index and canopy closure degree was significantly correlated (P<0.05) and number of shrubs and shrub layer coverage significantly correlated (P<0.05). The correlation coefficient for -0.574, 0.603. So keep coverage index for crown density and the shrub layer and herb layer coverage, tree layer Shannon-Weiner index Shannon-Weiner index, the shrub layer and herb layer Shannon-Weiner index. Soil layer, soil N and organic matter, soil total K and soil total P, soil bulk density and soil total K indexes correlation achieved significant levels (P<0.05), correlation coefficient respectively 0.414,0.402,0.417; retains its ecological significance, no to delete the index. In the anti risk level, the level of human disturbance and plant diseases and insect pests were weakly correlated, and the indexes were all representative. Finally, considering the 16 indicators, including the average diameter at breast height and the volume of unit area, the evaluation index system of Qingyang Lake National Forest Park public welfare Lin Jiankang was considered.(2) By the Qingyang Lake National Forest Park Public Welfare health evaluation results, the healthy sample for two, the total number of plots of 11.11%, compared with a healthy nine plots have 50% of the total number of plots; Asia Likewise there is a healthy seven, the total number of plots of 38.89%; all healthy plots. Healthier plots largest proportion, followed by sub-health Likewise, This shows Qingyang Lake National Forest Park in Forest in the overall level of health and has a forest ecosystem stability, rich species diversity, complete community structure and other characteristics.(3) Through the assignment of different stand the comprehensive evaluation results of the method, namely health unhealthy levels were assigned to 1-4, Tonglin divided step by step hierarchical comparison of the results:coniferous forest health score for 2.6273, main factors affecting area of unit volume, Shannon Weiner index of tree layer, account for health membership degrees below 50%, average DBH and average height was lower, resulting in savings per unit surface area amount of the overall level is not high; coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest health score 2.055, belongs to the comparison of health to the health state transition. Among them, average diameter at breast height, soil total P, soil organic matter, plant diseases and pests such as health index membership degree were above 90%, indicating that the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest community stability better, soil nutrient rich, rich in species, resistance to pests damage ability; broad-leaved forest health score 2.309, canopy density, herb layer coverage, shrub layer Shannon Weiner index health membership more than 50%, illustrate the broad-leaved forest light good, sufficient water and fertilizer condition, reasonable community structure, resistance anthropogenic disturbances and plant diseases and insect pests damage ability, plays an important role in forest resources.The three kinds of forest stands were sorted in order to be mixed forest> broad leaved forest> coniferous forest.(4) According to the evaluation results, low volume per unit of area, species diversity and soil nutrient supply, management measures are put forward. Mainly includes the optimization of the structure of forest stand, young forest tending, soil fertilization and soil litter management, perfect public welfare forest disaster prevention and detection efforts and public welfare forest ecological compensation mechanism and proposed Qingyang Lake National Forest Park public forest management suggestions on the establishment of dynamic network testing platform.
