Studies On Ecological Benefit Evaluation Of Three Kinds Of Public Welfare Forest Types In Dalateqi

Public welfare forest plays an important role in maintaining theecological environment,protecting biodiversity and the sustainable development of society,Thearticle takes the,national public welfare forest in Dalateqi of Inner Mongolia as the research object,according to the three kinds of common forest types accounted for the proportion of the total area and distribution.selecting Populus simonii、Salix psammophila、Hedysarum mongdicum forest types,to ecology,forestry and other disciplines based on the basic theory as a guide,application of the survey method and location monitoring method to obtain the basic data.The main ecological benefits of the three typical public welfare forests were analyzed by the water conservation,soil fixing and fertilizer protecting,carbon fixing and oxygen releasing,and biological diversity.The article using frequency analysis method,constructs the evaluation index system of ecological benefit of national public welfare forest of Dalateqi,including three levels and 12 specific indexes,based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,evaluating the national public welfare forest of Dalateqi.the main results are as follows:(1)The water conservation benefit of quality:Salix psammophila(557.1t/hm~2)>Populus simonii Car(359.19t/hm~2)>Hedysarum mongdicum(328.52t/hm~2);The carbon fixing and oxygen releasing:Populus simonii(120.96t/hm~2)>Salix psammophila(50.02hm~2)>Hedysarum mongdicum(45.14hm~2);The soil fixing:Populus simonii((66.62t/hm~2·a)>Salix psammophila(63.67t/hm~2·a)>Hedysarum mongdicum(62.26t/hm~2·a);The fertilizer protecting:Salix psammophila(36.49g/kg)>Populus simonii(35.49g/kg)>Hedysarum mongdicum(29.15g/kg);The biological diversity:slix cheilophila>Populus simonii>Hedysarum mongdicum.(2)Using the carbon tax law,production cost method and other methods to calculate the four major benefits,water conservation benefit:Salix psammophila(5403.87yuan/hm~2)>Populus simonii Car(3425.94yuan/hm~2)>Hedysarum mongdicum(3186.64yuan/hm~2).The carbon fixing and oxygen releasing benefit:Populus simoniiCar(25754.24yuan/hm~2)>Hedysarum mongdicum(23581.03yuan/hm~2)>Salix psammophila(22276.75yuan/hm~2).The soil fixing and fertilizer protecting benefit:Salix psammophila(7737.1yuan/hm~2)>Hedysarum mongdicum(4882.25yuan/hm~2)>Populus simoniiCar(4881.67yuan/hm~2).The biological diversity benefit:Populus simoniiCar are same asSoalix psammophila,Shannon-WienerⅣis5000yuan/hm~2,Salix psammophila is 3000 元/hm~2.(3)According to the comprehensive ecological benefits of the evaluation results,Populus simoniiCar(0.3864)>Salix psammophila(0.3011)>Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Va(0.2641),Salix psammophila is the best type.
