The forest is an important part of environment which affects the progress and d evelopment of human beings. The damage caused by forest fire is common, such a s the global forest resources loss and air pollution. The process of forest fire is compl icated which has the characteristics of sudden, randomness, damage quickly, bring se rious harm to survival and development of human. Forest fire prevention is always th e key and difficult points, which is related to the safety of forest resources, protect th e environment and people’s life and property safety and other aspects. The forest fire r esource scheduling strategy is the key to success or failure of the action which direct ly affects the fire fighting and rescue work, so it has the extremely significance for t he maintenance of forest resources and living environment. The research and design o f the fire resource scheduling system is an important problem which related to the effi cient fire disaster, the forest resource fire dispatching scheduling system was design ed in a scientific and effective way in fully understand and master the laws of natur e and the forest fire characteristics in this thesis, in order to complete preventing, q uick response and scientific decision-making, pay attention to safety, to prevent the oc currence of casualty accidents, actively eliminate fire, reduce and reduce the loss caus ed by forest fire, to complete the fire disaster relief work safety and low consumptio n.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of domestic forest fire resource sched uling, which combine the DEVS Wang Zhengfei forest fire spread model and multi re source scheduling model, the multi resource scheduling model based on DEVS is p roposed. In the scheduling model, if there is a forest firing, firstly take the principl e of shortest path selection from the fire point according to the location of the fire di spatching site, calculate the path length and combined with the fire resource schedulin g speed to know the required time to reach the scene of the fire; according to the f orest fire model DEVS-Wang Zhengfei forest fire spread speed can calculate the area that fire dispatching reach to the fire point, so as to judge the fire Level, it is c oncluded that the fire fire fighting resources demand. When the demand for the fire p oint is less than that of selective fire site resources storage, you can direct resource sch eduling for fire fighting and rescue work; when the fire point of the demand is greate r than the choice of fire site resources storage quantity, need to choose the most shor t distance of fire site according to the principle of the shortest path and know fire site r esources storage capacity to meet the fire to fire fighting and the demand for resource s, and finally complete the fire fighting and rescue work.Experimental results combined with Baidu map, selected a piece of practical fore st to test. The results show that the model can judge fire point, the size of the fire and t he resources for fire dispatching, select suitable fire site and scheduling suitable fi re fight resources.according to input parameters and the forest fire site number and p osition.
