Research On The Benefits And Countermeasures Of Forest Ecological Restoration In WG Forestry Bureau

WG forestry is an important state-owned logging enterprises in Jilin province, it has long been the agency not only produces a large number of timber and forest products, but also shoulders the task of ecological environment protection. But in the history, because the cutting way was not reasonable, the forest management and cultivating work did not reach the designated position, the function of forest ecosystem has degradation, and became weakening, the problem of low growth, weak economic output per unit area function, sustainable development ability is not strong and so on has wake up. Therefore, starting from 2016, the bureau stopped the natural forest of commercial logging year-roundly in accordance with requirements of the national macro policy, the measures announced the history of excessive request of forest more than 100 years has ended, marked the new stage from the exploration into the comprehensive protection of the development.However, in the new period of development, how to take concrete and effective measures to improve the productivity of forest resources and the sustainable development ability according to the actual circumstance of forestry resources, is a problem needed to resolve. This paper takes WG forestry bureau of Jilin province as the research object, discusses on the benefit of the bureau of forest resources in ecological restoration and relevant countermeasures, such as economy, policy, and aims to promote forestry resources reasonable cultivation, rapid growth, constantly improve the ability of sustainable development of forest resources, discusses the path of sustainable development of forestry research.This study is based on the theory of forest ecological succession, forestry sustainable development theory, forestry technical and economic theory, ecological economy theory and close to nature forestry theory and relevant theory and takes on-the-spot investigation of the forest resources and ecological restoration engineering of Jilin province WG forestry bureau. Model based on the current development of researches in real demand, and expounds he purpose, significance and principles of the implementation of the forest ecological restoration engineering. This paper expounds the concept, meaning and characteristics,index, and standard of sustainable forest management. And make study about the administration of the basic conditions for the implementation of ecological restoration engineering, advantages and disadvantages, the necessity and importance of ecological restoration. At the same time this paper takes analysis of the current natural geographical conditions, social economic conditions, the condition of forest resources, forest resources comprehensive structure of WG forestry, and evaluate the development level and ability from the perspective of ecology, economy, society. Finally, fully demonstrates the comprehensive benefits of ecological restoration engineering, combining with the actual situation of WG forestry bureau, and puts forward some countermeasures and advice to further guarantee the ecological restoration and sustainable forest management. This paper takes the Korean pine fruit wood construction and the top community resource cultivation of Changbai mountain as two lines, by putting out the accumulation of Korean pine, walnut, Chinese catalpa, and yield prediction, and then extend to the forest of comprehensive benefit, and finally prove the effect of the forest ecological restoration.WG forestry bureau takes the artificial measures to repair the degraded forest within the business area to accelerate forest positive succession, enhance the stability of forest ecosystem, improve forest ecosystem service function and function of integrated production, promote the ecological forestry construction, promote the forest ecological restoration, speed up high quality cultivation of forest resources.And the uninterrupted, continuous increase output of walnut Chinese catalpa and Korean pine fruit also absorb the administration a lot of labor, improve the economic efficiency, and play an important role to achieve the sustainable forest management of the forestry enterprise.The innovation point of this paper is to study the non-technical measures of ecological restoration, and discussing three major benefits of forest ecological restoration, and further putting forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions of the forest ecological restoration, promoting the healthy development of reasonable forest ecological restoration, this also is the key of the article.
