Objective: Insect Pests and diseases are the main cause of the current angelica cultivation production decline, and the use of traditional chemical pesticides suppress pests will bring pesticide residues and other issues. This paper aims to study a new type of botanical TCM micro emulsion to replace the traditional pesticides. The main experiment for screening antibacterial Monosultap herbs and TCM Mixed Ligand suppress pest activity was studied. Firstly, using antibacterial insecticide method to screen out single herb with antibacterial insecticidal effects, and screen compatibility proportion to get the best compatibility proportion.Then the single factor and orthogonal design method were used to study the extraction process and preferably select the best extraction process. Once again, the medicine microemulsion forming process was studied by materials selection, and initially worked a simple quality criteria based on index components determination. Finally, we further verified the initial stability of the microemulsion by high temperature and strong light test to achieve the purpose of the present subject experimental design.Methods: Among Chinese medicine screening antibacterial insecticidal, antimicrobial test screening primarily select bacteriostatic good medicine by using inhibition zone method and 96 method; Wherein inhibition zone Screened medicine with antibacterial activity and 96-well plate mainly selected the minimum inhibitory concentration of the medicine, then select the best proportion of compatibility by the same mean. Insecticidal test is mainly used microtiter method, slides impregnation and worms dipping method to select activities TCMs which were effective for abbage aphid, carmine spider mites and armyworm that are harmful to Angelica, and then carried out compatibility studies. After Preferred the best compatibility proportion, we screened out the best extraction process by the method of orthogonal experiment, which is mainly to select optimum surfactant, matching, co-solvents and defoaming agent in microemulsion molding process.Determination of Compound preparation atractylodin using high performance liquid chromatography to develop simple quality standard, and stability of the microemulsion was measured by high temperature strong light test.Conclusion:The main Chinese medicine with antibacterial and insecticidal action determined by experiment is herb,one hundred,Sophora,fruit,clove and smoked down cattle,and the best compatibility ratio is 1: 1: 1: 0.5: 0.5: 0.25. The main extraction solvent is 95% ethano, and the optimum conditions for the prescription is 6 times with 95% ethanol, extracted three times and each time extracting 1.0 hours. Microemulsion is mainly consist of Chinese medicine mixed extract, 18 percent surfactants that including calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, OP-10, NP-15, and the ratio of 1: 0.5: 0.5,7.0 percent ethanol and 1.0 percent defoamers; Microemulsion quality standards were developed by HPLC,which were stable and reliable, and easy to store in dark cool environment.
