This research aimed to study the key technical problems of grape cultivation, such as single variety, weak adaptability, technology lag and so on, to developing the key technology of grape cultivation in Sunlight Greenhouse in the ninth division of the Corps. Four-year-old Xiahei grape and Flame seedless grape were used as experimental materials, studied the different growth regulator combinations, different posture, different bearing branch and vegetative shoots ratio and different water and fertilizer management of Xiahei grape and Flame seedless grape yield and quality of grape effect. So as to provide some theoretical reference for production practice.The experiment was carried out in December 10, 2013 to September 10, 2014 in the ninth division of the United Farm and 168 groups of solar greenhouse grape standard demonstration garden. The test materials are 4-year-old Xiahei grapes and Flame seedless grapes, the spacing is 0.5m * 2m. The strong growth of plants and normal management. The experiment measured the longitudinal and transverse diameter of fruit grain, the weight of single grain,the weight of the ear, soluble solids, total sugar,titratable acid, VC and other indexes of the Xiahei grape and Flame seedless grape.The results showed that:1.Xiahei grape were treated with growth regulator, drawing with Qi Bao 40000 times to increase spikes of flowers during spike, using 100 times Y1 Trypanosoma evansi grape swelling agent to preserve fruit during flowering, after flowering with 150 times Xiahei special swelling agent 0 treatment to promote fruit enlargement. Flame seedless grape were treated with growth regulator, spiking with Qi Bao 40000 times increase spikes of flowers,after flowering with 2000 times of Flame non nuclear swelling agent B to promote fruit enlargement.2.Double stem type single arm of cultivation model has a great improvement on the single grain weight, yield per plant, fruit soluble solid content and coloring rate of Xiahei, the fruit sunburn rate decreased significantly. Therefore, in the process of grape protected cultivation,double stem type single arm cultivation mode can effectively improve the yield and quality.Trellis Cultivation Mode of Flame seedless grape has a great improvement on the weight of single grain, yield per plant, fruit soluble solid content, coloring rate,fruit sunburn rate decreased significantly. Therefore, in the process of protected cultivation, using scaffolding cultivation model can effectively improve the yield and quality of Flame seedless grape.3.The results showed: for the ratio of bearing branch and vegetative shoots was 2:1, the weight of single grain, yield per plant and soluble solid content of fruit were increased.Therefore, using the ratio of bearing branch and vegetative shoots for the 2:1 cultivation model can effectively improve the yield and quality. For the bearing branch and vegetative shoots ratio was 3:1 cultivation mode of Flame seedless grape, the single grain weight, yieldper plant, fruit soluble solid contents were greatly improved. Therefore, using the ratio of bearing branch and vegetative shoots for the 3:1 cultivation model can effectively improve the yield and quality.4.In different management of water and fertilizer conditions, treatment of 2 has a great improvement to Xiahei grape and Flame seedless grape in the weight of single grain, yield per plant, fruit soluble solid content. Therefore, in protected cultivation, Xiahei grape and Flame no nuclear grape production in the process of using 2 model of water and fertilizer management can effectively improve the yield and quality of grape.
