Analysis And Research In The Technology Of Collection And Baling Corn Stalk

Corn straw resources are abundant.,corn stalk contains a lot of cellulose, it has high utilization value, at the same time corn straw is a natural renewable clean energy. Corn straw can be used as a feed for livestock, it can not only produce ethanol fuel, but also can be used as biomass power generation, it has very wide range of uses.With the continuous development of Chinese economy, rural living conditions have improved greatly. Many rural areas have pass on the gas, corn straw was directly used as the energy of life in proportion is declining, more farmers selected of burning straw in the field for its convenience. Burning straw not only caused serious environmental pollution,but also a waste of corn straw resources. Bundling collection of corn straw by mechanical equipment, then reasonable resources utilization, it is an important way to solve the problem of a large number of surplus straw burning, it is also an effective means of China’s circular agriculture, low carbon agriculture and ecological agriculture. The development and application of modern agricultural harvesting machinery is an important way to improve the utilization of corn stalk resources, So has the development prospect of straw baling technology.But limited by a variety of factors, China’s straw bale harvest is difficult, there is still a big gap between corn straw resource comprehensive utilization and international advanced technology.Based on the background, this paper summarizes the history of corn straw harvester of harvesting machinery at home and abroad and packing machinery research progress, to introduce binding machine and its supporting mechanical structure and working principle. We based on existing corn straw harvesting and bundle of machinery, according to China’s national conditions, simplify traditional corn straw artificial harvesting process, in line with the requirements of the development of rural industrialization, we provide the theoretical support for the integration and automation of corn combine harvester. With the rise of the use of straw resources, demand of corn straw will continue to increase. This means that China needs to raise the level of mechanization, accelerating straw harvester development, increase investment in agricultural mechanization equipment research and development. Only the high efficient automation machinery equipment can provide the support and the safeguard for the corn straw resources utilization.
