With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of animal husbandry,the comprehensive utilization of corn stalks has become a hotspot.On the basis of studying and absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad,combined with the practical demand and application of corn production mechanization,through integrated innovation and technology improvement,developed the harvester for corn and stalk Bundling.Through the investigation and theoretical analysis to determine the stem stalks tied straw corn harvester overall program and working principle,the rational design of the transmission program;Among them,the ear of corn using the commonly used ear harvest,cutting device for cornstalk adopts the reciprocating cutter,conveying device for cornstalk adopts the single-layer four-roller conveyer,chopping and throwing device for cornstalk adopts rotary chopper and bundling device for cornstalk adopts the crank compression type bundle.In this paper,the design and analysis of the straw harvesting part is carried out.The conveying device of the straw is easy to be optimized,and the tooth shape and the speed of the four feed rollers are detailed.At the same time,the chopper of the drum type chopping device is designed in detail,and the simulation analysis of the chopper is carried out by the motion simulation software,as well as theoretical analysis on the principle of shredding and breaking of shredding roller,the reasonable mechanism parameters are designed so that the working performance can meet the requirement of straw cutting length without treatment.After determining the type and structure of the straw baling device,the data and statistical analysis of the length and mass distribution of the stalk cutting section were carried out to find out the distribution of the actual length of the straw and the length of the straw The reason for the difference.The field performance,field adaptability and indexes of the straw stalked corn harvester were tested by field experiment.The results showed that the performance was good and the design and related standards were met.In this paper,the structure of each component of straw harvesting was designed and analyzed by theoretical research,model establishment and simulation analysis.The performance of the prototype was tested by field experiment.The results showed that the stemBundle type corn harvester can realize that it is important to complete the chopping and throwing silage of corn stalks while harvesting corn ear,which is of great significance to promote the application of corn spike and stem technology and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of straw.
