With the improvement of the utilization rate of straws, the recovery question of rice straw has been focus. In the past, the recovery of rice straw needs a lot of manpower. also need to be equipped with a vehicle, most of bundling machine were traction type bundling machine in domestic,secretary was inefficient,this greatly increases the cost of recycling,and the recovery of straw caused two compaction of soil,so that farmers will burn a lot of straw,cause pollution of the environment.Therefore,this study is based on the whole feeding rice combine harvester.added the straw bale device, finished the rice harvesting, threshing cleaning and warehousing together and Rice straw compression, bale and other processes.Improve the recovery efficiency of rice straw,reduce the cost of straw recovery,reduced the number of mechanical going in the fields.In this paper, the following several aspects of rice harvesting and bundling machine were studied:1.According to the previous design experience of straw bale,design of each mechanism of the straw bale and the working principle,to draw the power of the bundle device,choose the chain models of bundling device,calculated the parameters of the compression mechanism.2. Select the appropriate combine harvester for the design of the bundling device,in accordance with the reasonable design and installation, the bundling device is installed on the combine harvester,the front end of the bundling device add two square connection support,connected with combine harvester threshing cylinder shell,by fastening bolt Fasten together with bundling device and combine harvester,installing bracket in middle and tail part of bundling device,combine with the combine harvester.3.Application of UG software on the three-dimensional drawing of rice harvesting and bundling device,and kinematics simulation.Through the simulation,the movement state of the compression mechanism for the bundling device was obtained.And The displacement, velocity,acceleration and the change curve of the force with time are obtained.4.The influence factors on the feeding amount, the length of straw bale and the height of the4SDZ-2 rice harvesting and bundling machine were selected,the single factor test of rice straw was carried out in order to make the bundle ratio, the rule binding ratio and the straw baledensity as the performance index.According to the results of single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was chosen.The primary and secondary factors which influence the performance index were obtained by orthogonal test, the experiment was conducted to verify the superior combination, and the result of the experiment was better than that of the superior parameter combination, the choice of better parameter combination is correct.
