In order to understand bacterial and viral causes of diarrhea in Shilin County caused and to provide prevention and treatment for large-scale breeding farms and Rural backyard farmers. In this study,185 diarrhea samples collected from nine large-scale farms and 48 diarrhea samples collected from 28 backyard households sample were detected a major viral and bacterial pathogens detection.233 samples were identified bacterial isolates, microscopy, biochemical reactions through. The results showed that 233 samples were positive for E. coli 233, the positive rate was 100%; 233 samples 41 Salmonella positive, the positive rate was 17.60%; of which, 34 scale farms positive, the positive rate 18.38%; seven backyard farmers positive, the positive rate of 14.58%. Tips, E. coli is the major cause of bacterial diarrhea in Shilin County of pathogens. Drug sensitivity test on the separation of 233 strains of Escherichia coli and 41 strains of Salmonella, which E.coli to ampicillin resistance rate was up to 83.3%, followed by erythromycin(66.7%). Salmonella bacteria to erythromycin resistance up to 100% of chloramphenicol, ampicillin and gentamicin resistance are more than 80%.Using RT-PCR, PCR method to detect 233 samples of diarrheal major viral pathogens. Results of the test results: The highest circovirus detection rate, a total of 111 samples circovirus, the positive rate of 47.64%, which detected 84 scale farms, the positive rate of 45.41%, 27 parts of backyard farmers, the positive rate of 56.25 %. 13 parts epidemic diarrhea virus-positive, the positive rate of 5.78%; wherein the size of farms 8, the positive rate of 4.32%; 5 parts of backyard farmers, the positive rate of 10.42%. Six rotavirus detected, the positive rate of 2.58%, of which: 1 scale farms, the positive rate of 0.54%; 5 parts of backyard farmers, the positive rate of 10.42%. Pseudorabies virus detection rates and transmissible gastroenteritis virus are zero.These results suggest that: pathogen-induced diarrhea Shilin County is more complicated, there are multiple pathogen mixed infection phenomenon. Among them, E. coli and circovirus type 2 is the main bacterial and viral pathogens cause diarrhea in.
