| Objective To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the management ofwomen who suffering from endometrial polyps. Methods The clinical data were analyzedretrospectively in700patients were diagnosed endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy from2007to2010:①Calculate rate of success and incidence of complication of hysteroscopy toevaluate efficacy and security of it;②Analyse the age and symptoms of patients tounderstand the characteristis of EP furtherly;③Analyse the pathologic result to compare thevalue of EP diagnosed by B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy;④Analyse the curative effect ofhysteroscopic treatment of EP,and evaluate the clinical value of the hysteroscopic treatment.Results①Among700cases,successful rate of hysteroscopy was100%,incidence ofcomplication was0.71%;②Among700cases,26~55age accounted for85.28%;Clinicaldistribution:abnormal uterine bleeding accounted for63%,infertility accounted for26%,medical examination accounted for11%;③Compare pathologic diagnosis of EP inaccuracy, hysteroscopy united with B-ultrasound is higher than hysteroscopy only, there wassignificant difference(P<0.05);④Compare the effectiveness,TCRP is better than removingpolyps, there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion EP has the followingfeatures, wide morbidity, variety of clinical manifestations, easy relapse. For patients sufferingfrom EP,hysteroscopy continues to be proven as a safe and effective minimally reliablediagnosis method. The high rate of surgical re-intervention avoidance, great sysptomatic reliefand low recurrence rate are very encouraging for this technology. |
