| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the use of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise CPM clinical curative effect on knee joint function improvement after fracture surgery of tibial plateau,and to provide real and reliable clinical data and experimental data for clinical treatment of fracture of tibial plateau after operation.Methods:Analysis from June 2014 to August 2015,according to the basic diagnostic index,after the inclusion and exclusion methods,44 cases of fracture of tibial plateau were selected.In this study,44 patients with tibial plateau fractures were divided into 2groups,treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with CPM machine function exercise,the control group with simple CPM functional exercise.Two groups of patients were given the corresponding treatment of hospitalized patients after surgery,and after 1 weeks of starting the CPM machine function exercise until discharge,continue to exercise guidance after discharge.After 2weeks after wound healing after stitches in addition to the lineCPM machine function exercise,the treatment group was given the treatment group of Chinese Medicine Department of Traumatology fumigation Decoction fumigation treatment.Two groups of patients were followed up in outpatient clinic,and record the knee joint swelling degree and activity,knee HSS score,VAS score,etc.The data were statistically analyzed,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Results:1?There was no significant difference in the number of days between the fumigation group and the control group(P > 0.05).2? There was no significant difference in the degree of swelling(P > 0.05)between the fumigation group and the control group at2 weeks after operation,after treatment,after 4 weeks,the two groups in the swelling degree has the obvious difference,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group was significantly better than the control group.3?There was a significant difference in the activities of the knee joint between the fumigation group and the control group in the second half of the year,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group was significantly better than the control group.4?In the second half of the year,there was a significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group and the control group in the knee joint function and VAS score,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:After operation of fracture of tibial plateau using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment combined with CPM in thetreatment group in alleviating local pain and swelling,improve knee function recovery effect is better than that of only using CPM functional exercise control group,finally,all patients obtained bone healing and got more satisfactory functional scores.In the knee joint swelling degree,the activity,the knee joint VAS score and the function score aspect,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with CPM in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the function of CPM was better than that of the control group.So we think that traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture surgery has better clinical efficacy,can improve the quality of life of patients,has certain application and popularization value. |
