Objective:We study the medicinal quality of Polygony avicularis basic status data based on the fourth national census sample resources,to fully and accurately grasp the dynamic quality of Polygony avicularis and rigorous formulate the medicinal quality and safety standards of Polygony avicularis,establish the national quality of Polygony avicularis database.Thus establish national standards for medicinal materials more scientific and reasonable.In order to fully grasp the dynamic quality of medicinal herbs of Polygony avicularis,thus explore a new model for the establishment of national standard of quality control,the research group collected the basic data collection of a large sample of medicinal materials of Polygony avicularis used the way that combining detection of standard test and self established method.Processing and analyzing a large amount of data combined with modern statistical methods to establish the national quality database of Polygony avicularis herbs under the condition of different ecological factors.It can provide basic data support for a reasonable set of national quality and safety index limit of Polygony avicularis.Methods:1.Using the DIVA-GIS graphics software to draw geographic distribution map of Polygonum aviculare based on the information of collected sample.2.This study used the way that combining standard test(character,microscopic,TLC identification,inspection)and self established detection method(quantitative analysis multi-components by single-marker,multi index feature map)to collected the basic data collection of a large sample of medicinal materials of Polygony avicularis.The character properties of 76 batches of Polygony avicularis were collected.The microscopic characters of cross section of caulis transverse section,leaf surface view,leaf vein cross section and powder were collected.The thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification characters of the flavonoids in Polygony avicularis were collected.The ethanol-soluble extractives,moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash was obtained according to technical requirements in the appendix3.in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(I,2015 Edition).The content data of myricetrin were collected by UPLC.In this study,we selected flavonoids from Polygony avicularis medicinal materials as the quality state research object,and we established quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker method to determine the flavonoids in Polygony avicularis to collect the multi-index evaluation data.Establish the feature map of Polygony avicularis medicinal materials by combination of UPLC method and universal coverage of the national origin,and collected the characteristics data of Polygony avicularis medicine sample from regions of the country.Results:1.Through the geographic distribution map of Polygony avicularis,it can be determined the geographical distribution of Polygony avicularis medicinal herbs belonging to the types of different latitude and longitude,heterosexual weeds,infer that species belong to the widely distributed.2.This study established the national quality databas of Polygony avicularis.Character identification:This study broaden the scope of stem diameter;microscopic identification:we added identification of vein transverse section and powder microscopic.TLC added control medicine to identify Polygonum aviculare samples,it is more specificity than the single control.Determination of index components: This study adds avicularin,quercitrin as determination of content and determine the content by QAMs method.Based on the statistical analysis of the experimental results,the content limit of the three components was developed.Establish the by combination of UPLC method and universal coverage of the national origin,and collected the characteristics data of Polygony avicularis medicine sample from regions of the country The feature map of Polygony avicularis medicinal materials of different areas were established to control the quality of Polygonum aviculare more comprehensive.3.Established the national quality database of Polygony avicularis medicinal materials by the combination of the basic data obtained from standards test and self established detection methods and the sample distribution information of geographical ecological factors with the use of modern statistical analysis method.Conclusion:The facts mentioned above illuminate that these experiments successfully established the quality standards and the UPLC fingerprint of Polygony avicularis.These methods are accurate,high characteristics,good reproducibility,reliable and can be used for the standards and the quality estimation about the Polygony avicularis.
