| Objective:To explore the expression of interleukin-35(IL-35)ã€Epstein-Barrvirus-induced gene3(EBI3) mRNA and IL-12A mRNA in peripheral blood ofpatients with allergic rhinitis and its significance. Methods:Peripheral blood Were collected from patients with allergic rhinitis(46cases) and healthy human controls(30cases).The level of IL-35in serum wasmeasured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The subunit EBI3andIL-12A of IL-35mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)were detected by SYBR Green real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).Result:IL-35level in AR group (251.22±46.27pg/ml) was significant lowercompared with normal control group(382.17±25.41pg/ml),p<0.01.The mRNAexpression level of EBI3in the patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly lowerthan that in the normal control group(p <0.001),AR group EBI3mRNA level wasabout half the normal control group. But the mRNA expression level of IL-12A in thepatients with allergic rhinitis was not significant difference with normal controlgroup(p>0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of IL-35and EBI3mRNAinAR,indicated that IL-35and EBI3mRNA may play an important role in allergic rhinitis. |
