ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of CD146、ICAM-2、ICAM-3in the peripheral blood of the patients with anaphylactoid purpura.MethodsSixty patients with anaphylactoid purpura and fifty normal human controls were included in this study. ELISA was performed to measure the level of serum sCD146、ICAM-2、ICAM-3, and SYBR Green I real-time RT-PCR to detect the mRNA of CD146in PBMCs.The correlation of the above parameters with disease activity was assessed.ResultsThe levels of sCD146、CAM-2、ICAM-3were significantly higher in patients with anaphylactoid purpura than in normal human controls (P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the levels of sCD146、ICAM-2and ICAM-3among patients with different types of HSP(all P>0.05). The levels of CD146mRNA in PBMCs were significantly higher in patients than in normal human controls (P>0.05). No significant difference was observed in the levels ofCD146mRNA among patients with different types of HSP(all P>0.05).ConclusionCD146、ICAM-2、ICAM-3may be associated with the pathogenesis of HSP.
