Objective Taking murine hematopoietic micro environment damaged by CTX as the breakthrough point,the research observes the effects of different moxibustion stimulating quantity on the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood and expression content of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) in bone marrow tissue of mice chemotherapied by CTX.The research intends to find out the best moxibustion stimulating quantity in the improvement of murine hematopoietic micro environment,to provide a more objective laboratory basis for the future scientific research in the aspect of moxibustion against murine hematopoietic micro environment damaged by chemotherapy.Methods According to the weight,forty-eight clean male Kunming mice were randomly divided into A1B1、A1B2、A1B3、A2B1、A2B2 and A2B3 six groups.Mice of each group were injected CTX into abdomen,made CTX-induced mice model.After the success of model making,Mice of each group were treated with moxibustion at the following points:“dazhui”,“geshu”,“shenshu”and“zusanli” respectively(the height and the time of moxibustion referencing the grouping situation).During the experiment process,at7:00every morning before modeling and after modeling,every murine tail vein of each group were cut and picked venous blood of 10 ul/only respectively.And then dropped the venous blood into test tubes filled with 390μl 3% glacial acetic acid dilute solution configured in advance,smeared and tested the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood by artificial microscopic examination continuing for 8 days.On the second day after having been treated for 5 days,killed all the mice of every group,picked the femur and tibia,then tested the content of ICAM-1and VCAM-1 in bone marrow tissue of mice using the method of ELISA.Results1 The number of white blood cells in peripheral blood of mice having been chemotherapied by CTX of each group were less than before being chemotherapied, and the number to a minimum after having been chemotherapied by CTX for three times.2 With the process of moxibustion therapy, the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood of mice having been chemotherapied by CTX of each group increased gradually every day,and to the highest at the fifth days,over the normal level before being chemotherapied;but there is nostatistical difference in moxibustion treatment of different time and different heights.3 On the effects of promoting the content of ICAM-1 in bone marrow tissue,the content of the mice within 3min and 3cm moxibustion treatment achieve the highest.4 On the effects of promoting the content of VCAM-1 in bone marrow tissue,the content of the mice within 4min and 3cm moxibustion treatment achieve the highest.Conclusions1 To the white blood cell reduction caused by Chemotherapy with CTX,moxibustion treatment can resist the side effects of hematopoietic depressing of CTX,and promote the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood,but there is no statistical difference in moxibustion treatment of different time and different heights.2 On he effects of promoting the content of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in bone marrow tissue,there is statistical difference,and there is the best effect when the height of moxibustion is 3cm.3 To the different moxibustion treatment time,on the effects of promoting the content of ICAM-1 in bone marrow tissue,there is statistical difference,and there ithe best effect when the time of moxibustion is 3min;while on the effects of promoting the content of VCAM-1 in bone marrow tissue,there is statistical difference,and there is the best effect when the time of moxibustion is 4min.
