Purpose:To detect the changes of T cell subsets(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)before and afterchemotherapy in patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer, and observe thechanges of the immune status of patients before and after chemotherapy, and explore theclinical significance with a timely and reasonable immunotherapy in advanced non smallcell lung cancer patients.Method:Choose25patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer (IIIB-IV期、ECOGscore≤2) and25healthy donors, detected the T cell subsets in peripheral blood by flowcytometry, Observed and compared the changes of the T cell subsets (CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4/CD8)in the patients and the healthy donors, and observed the changesof the T cell subsets (CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4/CD8)in patients before andafter chemotherapy. All the comparison were conducted statistic analysis.Results:1)Comparing the ratio of CD4+/CD8+between25patients with advanced non smalllung cancer and25healthy donors, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05), butcomparing the ratio of CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+, the difference has not statisticallysignificant, P values respectively were0.753,0.270and0.106;2)Comparing the ratio of CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+/CD8+between25patients after two period chemotherapy and25healthy donor, the difference has notstatistically significant, P>0.05; Comparing the T cell subsets before chemotherapyrespectively with after the first chemotherapy and the second chemotherapy, the differenceall has not statistically significant, P>0.05; 3)After two period chemotherapy, the valid group(CR+PR+SD) has12patients,the ratios of CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+are rising, but the difference has notstatistically significant, P>0.05; Invalid Group(PD) has12patients, the difference has notstatistically significant before and after the chemotherapy, P>0.05;Conclusion:the immune function of patients with advanced NSCLC may reduce, but after2cyclesof chemotherapy or without treatment, compared with healthy control group and beforetreatment was not significantly inhibit cellular immune function of patients with advancednon-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy immune therapy is not necessary in the process.
