Object: To explore the influence of conventional antisyphilitic therapy jointing immuneenhancer on serological TRUST negative conversion ratio of patients with earlysyphilis, and explore whether clarithromycin can be used as alternative drug if thepatients have penicillin allergy.Methods: Patients that don’t be allergic to penicillin skin test were randomly dividedinto group Aand group B, Group Aonly to benzathine penicillin;Group B to benzathinepenicillin and lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide. Others who are allergic topenicillin skin test were randomly divided into group C and group D. Group C only toclarithromycin; Group D to clarithromycin and lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide.Observing the time when clinical feature disappeared after treatment and reviewingserological TRUST index and calculating the accumulative negative conversion ratio ofpatients at1month,2months,3months,6months,9months and12months after thetreatment.Then making statistics analysis.Results: In group A, the time whichⅠsyphilis symptoms disappearred was8.8±3.7days,and Ⅱ was18.7±4.2days. In group B, the time which Ⅰ syphilis symptomsdisappearred was6.2±2.8days,andⅡwas15.6±3.7days.In group C, the time whichⅠsyphilis symptoms disappearred was9.2±3.1days,and Ⅱ was19.5±4.6days. Ingroup D, the time whichⅠsyphilis symptoms disappearred was6.9±2.3days, and Ⅱwas16.4±3.9days.Group B and group D is better than that of group A and group C.The difference was statistically significant between them(P <0.05).At the end of thefirst month, there was1patient whose serologica TRUST degree turned negative ingroup A,3in group B,1in group C and1in group D.The difference between group Aand group B, group C and group D, group A and group C, group B and group D, groupA+group C and group B+group D had no statistically significant (P>0.05). At the endof two months, there were4patients whose serologica TRUST degree turned negativein group A,10in group B,3in group C and5in group D.The difference between groupA and group B, group C and group D, group A and group C, group B and group D,group A+group C and group B+group D had no statistically significant (P>0.05). Atthe end of three months, there were accumulative10patients whose serologica TRUSTdegree turned negative in group A,21in group B,10in group C and19in group D.Thedifference between group A and group B, group C and group D, group A+group C andgroup B+group D had statistically significant (P <0.05),but the difference betweengroup A and group C, group B and group D had no statistically significant (P>0.05). Atthe end of six months, there were accumulative24patients whose serologica TRUSTdegree turned negative in group A,37in group B,19in group C and27in group D.Thedifference between group A and group B, group C and group D, group A+group C andgroup B+group D had statistically significant (P <0.05). but the difference betweengroup A and group C, group B and group D had no statistically significant (P>0.05). Atthe end of nine months, there were accumulative37patients whose serologica TRUSTdegree turned negative in group A,48in group B,26in group C and32in group D.Thedifference between group A and group B, group C and group D, group A+group C andgroup B+group D had statistically significant (P <0.05). but the difference betweengroup A and group C, group B and group D had no statistically significant (P>0.05).At the end of twelve months, there were accumulative46patients whose serologicaTRUST degree turned negative in group A,51in group B,31in group C and33ingroup D. The difference between group A and group B, group C and group D, group Aand group C, group B and group D, group A+group C and group B+group D had nostatistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of early syphilis, combining with appropriate immuneenhancer to improve immune turbulence of body can accelerate the disappearing ofclinical feature and serological TRUST negative conversion ratio of patients. Forsyphilis patients with penicillin allergy, clarithromycin is also effective and can be usedas alternative drug.
