Objective: By referring to the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment method toevaluate the spraying industry of occupational hazard risk, Establish a comprehensivequantitative multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method. Methods: We research for the fuzzy mathematical model evaluation methodhow to apply to the risk assessment in the spraying industry of occupational hazard.According to the characteristics of the spraying industry, investigating theseenterprises in the industrial park, combing the industry risk evaluation index, selectthe main factors of occupational hazard risk assessment what suitable for the industry, use the concentration of the occupational hazards or intensity classification todetermine the weights of indicators at all levels, the number of exposure ratio todetermine the weight coefficient. Using stratified sampling method, select nineenterprises of different capital registration type what have spraying work environment, collecting the in-situ test data of the occupational hazard factors, single hazardexposure number, exposure number, etc., calculation of nine enterprises membershipdegree, then, according to the three types of enterprise registration (foreign investment,Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the mainland) establish matrix, using fuzzymathematical model evaluation method,to comprehensive evaluate the risk level ofthe spraying work environment of these nine enterprises. Results: We preliminary established a risk assessment index system andstandards for evaluate occupational hazard, suitable for the spraying industry.Through the industry’s main toxic occupational hazard factors (benzene, toluene, xylene), dust and noise test results of single factor evaluation set, exposure numberratio of weight coefficient, to determine the single factor evaluation set, get nine spraying enterprise occupational hazard risk level, among these enterprises of A, B, C,D, E, H, the occupational hazard level for the spraying work environment is "slight",F and I is "mild", as enterprise of G is "moderate". Using Stratified sampling, ninecompanies registered in three different types to classify, each enterprise membershipdegree constitute the matrix of comprehensive evaluation, then calculate the matrixand comprehensive evaluate the spraying work environment for enterprises ofdifferent types by fuzzy mathematical, we get three kinds of different types of theenterprise occupational hazard risk assessment level. These enterprises of foreigninvestment and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan occupational hazard fuzzycomprehensive risk assessment grade is the second level means "good", mainlandenterprises for the three level means "general".Conclusion:(1) by using the fuzzy mathematical model for quantitative analysisof monitoring data of occupational hazard factors, matrix calculation, the maximummembership degree belongs to grade range determine the level of occupationalhazards, it’s scientific, intuitive, and persuasive;(2) through the analysis of the nineenterprises, it is concluded that the result is:" these enterprises of A, B, C, D, E, H,spraying work environment occupational hazard level of is slight, F and I is mild, G ismoderate".(3) Based on the fuzzy mathematical membership degree to establishmodel, calculate the comprehensive evaluation values for three different enterprise ofspraying work environment, draw the conclusion: foreign and Hong Kong, Macao andTaiwan enterprises of spraying work environment comprehensive evaluation level is "good, low risk ", mainland enterprises comprehensive evaluation level is "general, general risk".(4) we suggest that the different risk level to take corresponding controlmeasures, for prevent the occurrence of occupational hazard and protect workers’health.
