Research On The Situation Assessment Technology Of Occupational Hazards In Wooden Furniture Industry

With industrial production and development of natural science,more and more occupational diseases are arising.Not only harmful to the health of occupational workers,but also hinder the rapid development of the national economy.In recent years,with the rising number of occupational diseases,the current situation ofoccupational hazards evaluation is particularly important.The wooden furniture industry in a wide range of occupational hazards,there are many uncertainties.There are many factors restricting the situation in the wood furniture industry occupational assessment process.This study is on occupational hazards inspection methods for wood furniture industry status assessment.Then use the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method for wood furniture industry occupational status assessment study.The result of the selected three wooden companies to determine the final level of risk were grade IV(high risk),grade IV(high risk)and level?(higher risk).Firstly,find the wooden furniture industry in the major occupational hazards.There are dust,noise,vibration,benzene,formaldehyde,aniline,TDI and other occupational hazards.Secondly,the method of detection of occupational hazards of the three enterprises in Hubei Province site inspection through on-site investigation.Analysis of test data and found that dust concentrations three wood furniture enterprises,excessive noise intensity and poison the situation are very serious.Finally,using AHP to build assessment index system,the target layer for the wooden furniture industry overall risk of occupational hazards.There are three criteria layer,namely the working environment of occupational hazards,occupational hazards management and control of occupational hazards.Feature layer a total of 12,are dust,noise,poisons,hand-transmitted vibration,occupational health management systems,occupational disease prevention responsibility system,occupational health management organizations,occupational health education and training,on-site protective measures,individual protection equipment and usage,occupational health care and occupational health emergency countermeasure.Then,analyze the status of the assessment of wood furniture industry by fuzzy comprehensive assessment method.It can directly reflect the overall situation of wooden furniture industry by constructing a model of the status quo wood furniture industry fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards.And it effectively assess workplace occupational hazards overall size of the risk.The system can also control occupational health wooden furniture industry.
