| Medical staff as a special group, because work pressure, unstableworking hours and other reasons, they become prone to job burnout. Once themedical staff had severe job burnout, it will seriously affect the doctor-patientrelationship, leading to unpredictable consequences. Therefore, the medicalstaffs’ job burnout research to improve doctor-patient relationship, ensuremedical staffs’ physical and mental health is of great significance. Thisresearch mainly investigate medical staffs’ psychological capital,psychological harmony and job burnout. Explore the psychological harmony’sinfluence to the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout.From enhancing the psychological capital, improving the psychologicalharmony, seeking the feasible method to reduce the level of medical staffs’job burnout.1035medical staffs participated in trial-test and728participated informal questionnaire survey. This research use the questionnaire ofpsychological capital,the self-questionnaire of psychological harmony andthe questionnaire of job burnout. Data analysis conducted by SPSS21.0andAMOS21.0, the results showed that:(1) The questionnaire of medical staffs′psychological harmony was asecond order4dimensions model, and was consisted of the sense ofinterpersonal harmony, the sense of social harmony and the sense of selfharmony and the sense of natural harmony. Various scale′s fitting indexachieved acceptable psychometrics scope (GFIã€NFIã€NNFIã€IFIã€CFI wereall greater than0.80, RMSEA is less than0.08). The questionnaire′scoefficient of internal consistency (α) is0.968, and part-questionnaire′s isfrom0.880to0.970. The questionnaire′s Guttmann split-half reliability is0.879, and part-questionnaire′s is from0.842to0.918.(2)The medical staffs have a low degree of job burnout. Demographic variables such as job classification, management positions, titles, gender, age,marital status and seniority, have a influence on the medical staffs’ jobburnout.(3) Psychological capital has a significant negative influence on medicalstaffs’ job burnout. Psychological harmony has a significant negativeinfluence on medical staffs’ job burnout. There was a significant positivecorrelation between psychological capital and Psychological harmony.(4) Influence of psychological capital is not entirely straightforward jobburnout. Psychological harmony play a part intermediary role betweenpsychological capital and job burnout.The conclusion is that the questionnaire′s reliability and validity bothmet psychometrics criterion and could be used to measure medical staffs′psychological harmony. Psychological capital and psychological harmony arethe important variables to predict job burnout, Psychological harmony play apart intermediary role between psychological capital and job burnout. Weshould develop psychological capital and improve psychological harmony,to reduce the level of medical staffs’ burnout. |
