Objective To explore the relatimship of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (Endothelial nitric oxide synthase, eNOS) gene G894T between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality Yanbian area.Methods:1.A case-control study of Korean-Chinese in Yanbian area, collected91cases of essential hypertension patients (EH group),42patients with normal blood pressure (control group) and81cases of Han patients with essential hypertension (EH group),48patients with normal blood pressure (control group).2. Application of polymerase chain reaction (polymerase chain reaction, PCR) and gene sequencing methods, the eNOS seventh exon894polymorphism at.3. Using EISA to check the level of eNOS in patients’ plasma.4.Determination of plasma cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and other biochemical indicators.Results:1.(1) Korean-Chinese nationality:EH group GG, GT and TT genotype frequencies were78%,19.8%and2.2%,95.2%in the control group, respectively,4.8%and0%, the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); G and T allele frequency in the EH group were87.9%,12.1%in the control group was97.6%, respectively,2.4%in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Han nationality:EH group GG, GT and TT genotype frequencies of76.6%,93.8%and9.1%,93.8%in the control group, respectively,6.2%and0%, the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); G and T allele frequency in the EH group were87.7%,12.3%in the control group was96.9%,3.1%between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Divided according to the level of blood pressure hypertension grade2,3, eNOS levels of hypertension among the first seven exons outside G894T genotype and allele frequencies was no significant difference; Hypertension among Korean and Han group, eNOS gene G894T genotype between the control group and no significant difference in the distribution of alleles.2.Korean-Chinese nationality population EH plasma levels of eNOS was22.61±6.85(U/L), lower than the normal control group levels33.33±8.60(U/L), there are significant differences (P<0.01); Han nationality population EH plasma levels of eNOS was26.84±9.42(U/L), lower than the level of the normal control group38.85±13.72(U/L), there are significant differences (P<0.01). Between the level of plasma eNOS no significant difference in blood pressure levels. Between Korean-Chinese and Chinese hypertension, high blood pressure plasma Korean-Chinese eNOS levels were lower than the Han nationality hypertension group, a significant difference (P<0.01); Comparison of the level of plasma eNOS between normal control group had significant difference (P<0.05).3. Korean-Chinese population carries G/T+T/T genotype plasma eNOS levels16.55±1.04(U/L), lower than the carrying G/G genotype23.92±6.28(U/L), there was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclution:1. The Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area of1hypertensive patients compared with normal control group, eNOS gene G894T polymorphism between2. Yanbian Korean-Chinese and Han nationality populations carrying G/T+T/T genotype plasma eNOS levels below carrying G/G genotype, suggesting that different genotypes may affect the plasma levels of eNOS.3.eNOS gene G894T polymorphism was no difference between the Yanbian Korean-Chinese and Han nationality hypertensive group.4. Plasma levels of eNOS in Yanbian Korean-Chinese hypertensive patients is lower than the Han nationality.
