This study include document summary and clinical observation;Document summary:One part of the document summary is summarize and analyses the literature of the stomachache, clarify the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of TCM of stomachache, and also include the treatments of TCM and Western Medicine in modern times.The other part is summarize and analyses the theory of the fire-needle and Zhiyang, and the relevant literature was researched and organized.Clinical research:This part is the observation of stomachache of cold evil encroach stomach-type stomachache with the treatment of fire-needle on ZhiYangObjective:This study compares the effect differences between fire-needle on ZhiYang and conventional acupuncture of insufficiency of spleen-YANG stomachache, and discuss the mechanism and advantages of the ZhiYang fire-needle in the treatment of insufficiency of spleen-YANG stomachache through theoretical and clinical researches.Methods:The80selected cases of eligible subjects are randomly divided into the treatment group of40cases and the control group of40cases. The treatment group:fire-needle on Zhiyang; The control group:treatment (Zhongwan, Qihai, double Zusanli, double Gongsun, double Neiguan) refered to the "Stomachache" from the New Century (Second Edition) in Higher Institutions of Chinese Medicine textbook<Acupuncture&Moxibustion therapy>, which is published by Chinese Medicine Publishing House in2010. The treatment group was shallow punctured with fire-needle, no needle, once a week,4times for a course of treatment, and one course of treatment only. The control group was needled with respiratory reinforcing reducing method, and used the techniques lifting thrusting methods, twirling method when the Qi bring about the desired sensation, retaining the needle for30min, twice a week,8times for a course of treatment, and one course of treatment only. Both groups were recorded and scored the data from the index before the treatment and after one course of treatment, and the results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS18.0.Result:The effective rate of treatment group is86.84%and the control group is82.5%. The effective rate of two groups had no significant difference with the statistical test, P=0.82(>0.05), which is without statistical significance. However, the immediate analgesic effective rate was47.4%, which the control group was17.5%. The two groups have obvious difference effect, by the statistical test, P=0.005(<0.05) which has a statistical significance. The fire-needle group was proved to be better than the control group.Conclusion:The immediate analgesic effective of the treatment of insufficiency of spleen-YANG stomachache by fire-needle on Zhiyang is significant, and it was superior to the conventional therapy, and it has certain clinical practice and worthy promotion.
