BackgroundMeniscus injury of knee joint used to appear mostly in young people. Generally adopt under arthroscopic meniscal suture surgery. Therefor, the purpose of this paper is to through comparing simple suture of meniscus injury and stitching joint bone marrow stimulation clinical healing difference of two groups, to confirm that bone marrow stimulation did help to improve the postoperative healing meniscus injury suture. And hope for clinical put forward a kind of "easy operation, small trauma, zero economic burden, fewer complications" the feasible meniscus auxiliary treatment technology.ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical curative effect of bone marrow stimulation and advantages, in order to improve the meniscus healing provides a feasible assistive technology, so as to provide an optimization for the treatment of meniscus injury of surgical treatment.MethodsFirst of all, into the standard simple meniscus injury cases61cases as the research object. However,3and6months after the first treatment group than the control group improved more significantly Lysholm function score, and two groups of3and6months after surgery Lysholm functional scores have statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Description Although both can improve postoperative knee function, but the bone marrow stimulation to improve knee function in patients with more pronounced effects.
