Acupunture Cooperate With Collateral Puncture Pricking Blood Therapy Has Significant Effect On Qi Blood Stasis Type Metrorrhagia

ObjectiveMetrorrhagia, a common gynecological diseases, plagues the patients a lot. Metrorrhagia leads to massive haemorrhage or chronic vaginal haemorrhage which is hardly to end. No matter which way of beeding, it results in anemia, or (and) infection, even some patiens have to accept hysterectomy which makes them loss the fertility. So the patients suffer a lot from metrorrhagia. In modern medicine, many pathema may lead to metrorrhagia, like hysteromyoma, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, vaginal and cervical bleeding and so on. In this paper, we focus on dysfunctional uterine bleeding and discuss the the treatment deficiency and different effect between Acupunture cooperate with collateral puncture pricking blood therapy and acupunture therapy alone on Qi blood stasis type metrorrhagia, aim to provide scientific and effective practice method for acupunture and moxibustion therapy.MethodsThe selection of patients (total63) meet the criteria of the study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (32cases) and control group (31cases). the treament group take the acupunture cooperate with collateral puncture pricking blood therapy,and the controlled goup take the acupunture therapy only. Each guop should take10times treatment.The clinical data, such as every patient’s amount of vaginal bleeding, integral reduction, change of symptoms and clinical curative effect before and after the treatment are collected. Then we sort out and analyse the data by using SPSS17.0. Results47th-48th hour from each patient takes the first treatment, the hemostasis effect of treament group:markedly effective10patients(31.3%), effective13patients (40.6%), invalid9patients (28.1%), the total effective rate71.9%; the controlled group:markedly effective2patients(6.4%), effective15cpatients (48.4%),14patients of no avail (45.1%), the total efficiency59.4%.Comprehensive treatment effect:the treament group:4cases of clinical recovery, maked(12.5%), markedly effective19patients(59.4%), effective5cases(15.6%), invalid4cases(12.5%), the total effective rate87.5%; the controlled group:2cases of clinical recovery, maked(6.4%), markedly effective10patients(32.3%), effective13cases(41.9%),6cases of no avail(19.4%), the total effective rate80.6%. Been analysed by RIDIT, the difference of comprehensive treatment effects between the two groups is striking.ConclusionThe acupunture cooperate with collateral puncture pricking blood therapy show better curative effect on the patiens suffering qi blood stasis type metrorrhagia. Both of its hemostasis and Comprehensive treatment effects are markedly.
