Objective:This study is inquiring into the relationship between dynamic changes of PDGF、VEGF in serum and infarct volume of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the relationship between two factors.Method:1. Select data of30patients who suffered from acute cerebral infarction within24hours and hospitalized by neurological department of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University,18men and12women, aged62.34±7.64, all matched the diagnosis standard revised by the fourth academic meeting of cerebral disease in whole country, all definitely diagnosed through CT and MRI scan, and excepted the intercurrent disease such as cardiopathy, hepatopathy, kidney disease, trauma, tumor and hematopoietic system disease. Collects data of30healthy check-up as a control group,19men and11women, aged56.26±6.73. Infarct volume of30acute cerebral infarction patients were calculated within48-72hours after the outbreak through craniocerebral MRI scan, using Tada Formula(infarct volume=p/6×length×width×layers of MRI radioimmunodetection). The infarct group is divided into3small groups, named great infarct team (infarct volume>10cm3,5cases), middle infarct team (infarct volume=4-10cm3,10cases), small infarct team (infarct volume<4cm3,15cases).2. For the infarct team, adopts elbow vein blood2ml at empty stomach condition on day1,3,5,7,14after the outbreak. For the control group, adopts elbow vein blood at empty stomach condition once. Both kept in the liquid nitrogen bottle after centrifugal effect, adopt the enzyme joined immunity method (ELISA) to measure the concentration of PDGF and VEGF.3. Uses SPSS·20.0as the statistical analysis software for the experimental data.Result:1.The concentration of PDGF of the infarct team on day1,3,5,7,14after the outbreak were68.45±9.65(ng/ml)、119.40±12.64(ng/ml)、100.30±10.20(ng/ml)、92.95±9.77(ng/ml)、82.64±10.42(ng/ml) and37.68±7.84(ng/ml) in the control group, The concentration of VEGF of the infarct team on day1,3,5,7,14 after the outbreak were145.35±21.78(pg/ml)、171.32±22.79(pg/ml)237.97±26.75(pg/ml)、207.93±25.80(pg/ml)、191.27±22.89(pg/ml) and83.74±13.68(pg/ml) in the control group. The5-day average concentration of VEGF and VEGF of the infarct team is higher than that of the control group, the difference is extraordinary marked when (P<0.01), the statistics meaning is remarkable. According to the data, the concentration of PDGF of the infarct team reached the peak3days after the outbreak, and kept growing14days after the outbreak; the concentration of VEGF of the infarct team reached the peak5days after the outbreak, and kept growing14days after the outbreak.2.The5-day average concentration of PDGF and VEGF of the great and middle infarct team are higher than the small infarct team; the difference is extraordinary marked when (P<0.01), the statistics meaning is remarkable.3.Cerebral infarction patients’PDGF level shows positive correlation with their VEGF level (P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum PDGF and VEGF level of the cerebral infarction patients were significantly increased, which is grows higher as the infarct volume enlarges. Cerebral infarction patients’PDGF level shows positive correlation with their VEGF level.
