Clinical Research Of Addition And Subtraction Of Jinkui Shenqi Pill In Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB) is as a common complication of chronic diabetes, which is one of Diabetes autonomic neuropathy, and regards neurological disorders for bladder as the main clinical features. In recent years, the incidence of bladder neuropathy has significantly increased as diabetes increasing rapidly,with the improvement of people’s living standards and lifestyles. If this disease was not detected and treated early, it would lead to infections, even renal dysfunction, ultimately renal failure. Therefore, By actively exploring and looking for prevention and treatment of neurogenic bladder for diabetes, the condition can be effectively controlled and reversed so as to achieve " disease prevention first," and " prevent disease before its occurrence ". There were lack of in-depth theoretical discussion and systematic clinical studies throughout the previous traditional Chinese medicine research of this disease. And there were no effective prescription medicines found in prevention of this disease by Information Retrieval.Professor Zhao Quanlin dedicated to basic and clinical research of diabetes and its complications, based on clinical experience and ancient books, who proposed Spleen and kidney deficiency, kidney yang deficiency as the pathogenesis.
