This master’s thesis is composed of six chapters. The chapters1-3express the studieson chemical constituents of Taxus. yunnanensis Cheng et L.K.Fu., Agrimonia pilosaLedeb. var. nepalensis (D. Don) Nakai., Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. var. nepalensis(D.Don)Nakai; the chappters of4-6, give a summary of the resources, chemical constituents, bioactivities, clinical application of Taxus. Yunnanensis, Agrimonia, Crepis.Sixty two compounds, including2new compounds were isolated from the abovethree species of plants by various chromatographic methods: silica gel, Rp-18, sephadexLH-20, et al. These compounds are composed of taxoids, triterpenoids, flavonoids, sesquiterpene, lignans, et al.Yunnan Province, in which Taxus resources are mainly distributed, is rich in naturalresource and has the diversity of plant life. But the relative industry of Taxus in YunnanProvince just provide the raw medicine. In order to promote development of taxanes, research on the branches and leaves of Taxus yunnanensis.was carried out. And38compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Taxus yunnanensis. The compoundsreferred taxane, diterpenoid, flavonoids, steroids, and a new phloroglucinol.Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. var. nepalensis was usually used for the treatment ofbleeding, gynecological diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases in Yunnan Province. Inorder to understand the effective ingredients and prefect the quality standards, the researchon chemical constituents of whole plant was carried out for the first time. And23compounds were isolated from the extract, including triterpenoids, flavonoids, phloroglucinol derivatives, isocoumarins, phytosterols, and fatty acids.Radix Crepidis Napiferae was recorded in each version of Traditional ChineseMedicine Standard in Yunnan Province,There is only the TLC method ofstandard herb, and no compound identification test and content assay. So, we research on the radix ofCrepis napifera to improve quality standards of Radix Crepis napifera. And9compoundswere isolated from the ethanol extract, including triterpenoids, sesquiterpenes and lignans.Besides, two new compounds were isolated. In chappters4-6, reviews on the resource, chemistry, bioactivity, and clinical application of genus Taxus.genus, Agrimonia, and genus Crepis were presented.
