Clinical Observation On Acupoint Computer Intermediate Frequency Therapy For Treatment Of Unstable Angina

Background:Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. It’s a common and frequent disease that is harm to human health and life. Angina is one of its main clinical manifestations.Chinese medicines for oral and external use are applying for the treatment of the disease. With the increasing toxicity and resistance of oral drugs, more and more attention is paid to the acupoint therapy.Objectives:This study will be the use of Computerized intermediate-frequency irritating Zusanli and Fenglong in treatment of coronary heart disease, and to observe its clinical effect to do preliminary research, to provide the clinical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:We divided62cases of coronary heart disease in the treatment research for the control group of32cases and30cases of test group. The treatment group in addition to routine therapy, point application of computerized intermediate-frequency injections irritating Zusanli and Fenglong point; the control group only received conventional therapy. The two groups were observed in patients with angina pectoris symptom, TCM symptoms, the Seattle angina scale scores and the change of ECG.Result:The two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms of angina, Seattle Angina Questionnaire scores, ECG were significantly improved. Two groups of TCM syndrome integral were significantly increased, the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Computerized intermediate-frequency irritating Zusanli and Fenglong point combined western medicine in treating coronary heart disease symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease and quality of life improved, clinical efficacy sure, safe and no side effect.
