The Observation Of Therapy And Effect On Serum IL-5 In The Patients Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis By Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Purpose: Based on the prior study, observe the therapeutic effect of treatment and study the mechanism of the perennial allergic rhinitis by acupuncture and moxibustion through the effect on serum IL-5. According to the conclusions, the objective evidence is offered for clinical therapy.Method: Based on the strict diagnostic criteria , the exclusion and inclusion criteria and evaluating criteria, 40 selected cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to Group A [20 cases treated by acupuncture and moxibustion, inserting the needles (No. 30) to the acuppoints: Yingxiang (LI20,double), Hegu(LI4, double), Zusanli (St36, double), Shangxing (DU23) and modified according to syndrome differentiation] and Group B (20 cases treated by Chinese patent medicine "BIYANKANG" ). After the normal degermation of acupoints, the points of double LI20 with needles of 1cun is punctured, directing the needles on double LI20 to nasion, even reforcing and reducing after developing needle sensation, and be sure to make needle sensation into nasal cavity; puncture DU23 with the needle of lcun, directing the needle to forehead ,twirling and rotating until the generation of needle sensation; puncture perpendicularly double LI4 with the needle of 1.5 cun, reforcing and reducing after developing needle sensation, manipulating every 10 minutes; puncture perpendicularly double St36 with needle of 1.5cun,reforcing by lifting, thrusting ,twirling and rotating after developing needle sensation. During 20minutes needles retaining, do moxibustiton above the route of LI20-DU23 until erubescence in the forehead and ignite two moxa sticks (each time on both side) about 1cm to apply above double St36 until it burn out, As for the patient of deficiency of...
