The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Constipation Of Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang

Objective:Through a simple randomized controlled to observe theclinical effect of Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang in treating of Parkinson’sdisease with constipation. This could provide a objective theoretical basisand clinical demonstration for Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang in treating ofParkinson’s disease with constipation.Method: We selected60cases of Parkinson’s disease according to thediagnostic criteria、 inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, they wererandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each group. In traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicinebased on routine treatment, the treatment group was given Bushen ZiyinRunchang Fang and the control group was given Lactulose oral liquid.Period of treatment was30days. Then we recorded the total integral scoreand the part integral score of the constipation symptoms before and aftertreatment of the2groups, using the statistical method to analyse the resultwhich tested by Chi-square test、 T test and rank sum test. According to thecomparison of the two groups interclass and intragroup, we could observethe therapeutic effect of Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang in treating ofParkinson’s disease with constipation.Result: Tow groups have no significant differences in gender、 age、course of Parkinson’s disease and constipation symptoms, with theHoehn-Yahr (P>0.05). Therapeutic indexes are as follows:1.To comparethe clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of treatment group is92.9%and The total effective rate of control group is90.0%. The statisticalanalysis showed that there has no significant differences (P>0.05);2.On two groups of patients before and after the treatment of total integral score andthe part integral score of the constipation symptom respectively wereanalyzed by T test and rank sum test,obtain the P<0.05,prompting thedifferences between the two time points has statisticallly significant beforeand after the treatment;3. We compared the time of the total integral scoreand the part integral score of the c onstipation symptom before and after thetreatment of the two groups,there were significantly different for difficultydegree of defecation and abdominal distention symptom(P<0.05). But thetotal integral score of constipation symptom、 the shape of the faeces、defecation times、 falling very bilge feeling and the frequency of defecationhad no significant difference(P>0.05);4. We usede the statistics method toanalyse the total integral score difference of the constipation symptombefor and after the treatment,prompting the difference was no statisticallysignificant（P>0.05）.Conclusion: The Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang can improveParkinson’s disease with constipation.The therapeutic effect is exact.Especially on the alleviating the difficulty degree of defecation andabdominal distension symptoms is well than the control group Lactuloseoral liquid. But there has no significant difference in the clinical efficacy,this showed that the Bushen Ziyin Runchang Fang could is comparable tothe Lactulose oral liquid.
