Clinical Observation Of Bushen Ziyin Decoction On Treating Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney-yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe and study the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Ziyin Decoction on treating hypomenorrhea of kidney-yin deficiency,it will provide some data support and reference for the clinical therapy.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria of this clinical observation,chose 42 cases of patients diagnosed with kidney-yin deficiency from tutor’s outpatients,the first visiting time was ranged from September in 2013 to September in 2014,42 cases were all in treatment group.They were all treated with Bushen Ziyin Decoction,1 dose a day, Leonurus japonicus was added during menstrual period,total treatment course was 3 menstrual cycles.Recorded and compared the difference in menstrual condition, symptoms,TCM syndrome integral, endometrial thickness,basic sex hormone level,adverse reactions between pre and post treatment. Followed up the menstrual condition 3 cycles after total treatment course.SPSS statistics 17.0 was used to analyze data.Results:PBAC scores of 42 cases before and after treatment were respectively 21.55±7.86 and 33.29±10.13,compared before and after treatment, the difference was statically significant(P<0.05),menstrualamount was significantly increased after treatment; Menstrual therapeutic effect after treatment showed that among 42 cases,8 cases were cured,17 cases achieved marked effect,13 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.48%; TCM syndrome integrals of 42 cases before and after treatment were respectively 26.05±5.15 and 8.81±5.84,compared before and after treatment, the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05),TCM syndrome integral was significantly decreased after treatment; Endometrial thicknesses of 42 cases before and after treatment were respectively 0.73±0.18cm、0.81±0.16 cm,compared before and after treatment,the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05), Endometrial thickness was significantly increased after treatment;Compared basic E2 level before and after treatment,P =0.08;Compared basic P level before and after treatment,P =0.14;Compared basic FSH level before and after treatment,P =0.09;Compared basic LH level before and after treatment,P =0.47;Compared basic PRL level before and after treatment,P =0.34;Compared basic T level before and after treatment,P =0.57;There were no significant difference in all the basic sex hormones between pre and post treatment(P>0.05),the decoction had no significant effect to basic sex hormones;42 cases had no obvious adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up period. Conclusions:Bushen Ziyin Decoction can obviously improve menstrual condition,increase menstrual amount,relief symptoms of shen-yin deficiency,increase endometrial thickness,and had no significant effect to basic sex hormones;No adverse reactions occurred during treatment and follow-up period.It shows that Bushen Ziyin Decoction is practical and effective,also worthy of clinical reference.
