Objective:To explore the clinical features and diagnosis of The common disease:Pancreatic cystic neoplasm.Methods:Retrospectively ananlysis of the clinical data of59patients with common pancreatic cystic neoplasms between January2004to March2014in the Xiangya hospital, Central South University.Results:Among in the59cases of the common pancreatic cystic neoplasms, Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms accounts for20%,Mucinous cystic neoplasms take up for17%,Serous cyst adenomas accounts for34%,Solid pseudopapillary tumors accomplishes to29%. The majoy clinical symptoms of these diseases is abdominal pain(59%). Patients were all undergone B ultrasound and CT before surgery, the diagnostic accuracy was75%and92%, respectively. ALL patients underwent surgery,none of them died attributed to operation.The incidence of operational complications account for51%. During the follow-up,5of43cases were dead.Conclusion:Female have higher morbidity in the common diseases of pancreatic cystic neoplasms.The diseases have nonspecific clinical symptoms and laboratory examination,abdominal pain is the main reason for their visit. Serum tumor markers(CA19-9、CA242、CA125) and the CEA are merely able to determine the extence of benign or malignant. The image data is the main diagnosis method before operation. Surgery is the primary treatment for these diseases.The highest incidence rate of postoperative complication is pancreatic fistula.After all, patients who get timely and proper treatment have a good prognosis.
