The foot varus after stroke is one of the symptoms affected limb rehabilitation, even can’t recover and cause physical disability, it not only affects the motor function of patients, but also seriously impact the quality of life. Thus for timely and effective treatment of foot varus after stroke is particularly important.Objective:Choose the preliminary optimization of acupuncture therapeutic foot varus after stroke.Methods."After reviewing the related literatures. Study at Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine hospital stroke unit observation wards cases, choose40patients of foot varus after stroke with basic medical treatment and rehabilitation therapy, then add acupuncture intervention factors (acupoints locate agonistic muscle+low frequency electro-acupuncture+scalp-acupuncture; acupoints locate agonistic muscle+high frequency electro-acupuncture; acupoints locate antagonistic muscle+low frequency electro-acupuncture; acupoints locate antagonistic muscle+high frequency electro-acupuncture+scalp-acupuncture) one day each30min, acupuncture for5days a week, off2days, then for next course, one week for one course of treatment, treatment2courses. Brunnstrom hemiplegic motor Function Assessment (lower limb), Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function were evaluated before and after treatment, statistically analyzed respectively, observation on acupuncture for treatment of different similarities and differences between the efficacy of the program, choose the best combination with the program.Result:By visual analysis, before and after treatment, Fugl-meyer lower extremity motor function score, select the antagonist muscle in points, to2Hz EA stimulation, with scalp is the best treatment combination.Conclusion:On the basis of the medical and rehabilitation treatment, acupuncture treatment for foot varus after stroke, on the factors and the level of the test inspection, the preferred schem of intuitive analysis of preliminary results:select the antagonist muscle in points, to2Hz EA stimulation, with scalp is the best treatment combination.
