[Objective] To study the relationship of fascin downstream gene CIT and humanCholangoicarcinoma cell.[Methods] CIT expression in clinical tissue samples was detected by RT-PCR.qPCRdetection CIT gene mRNA levels knocked down efficiency and analyzed.PreparingRNAi virus and transfected into target cells, counting the proliferation of the targetcells and the negative control cells.[Results] RT-PCR analysis found that10group of clinical samples, CIT expressedhigh in cancer tissues compared to adjacent tissues.Detecting the knock detectionefficiency of CIT in mRNA level, CIT levels of gene expression in the experimentalgroup RBE cells is inhibited, p <0.05, statistically significant.Compared to negativecontrol group, target cell proliferation was significantly slowed, proliferationinhibition multiples of3.73.[Conclusion] CIT expressed high in cancer tissues compared to adjacent tissues.Geneknock detection in cholangiocarcinoma cells transfected CIT and cholangiocarcinomacell proliferation was inhibited.CIT gene expression interference inhibits proliferationof cholangiocarcinoma cells.
