ObjectiveIn this study, the method of warming Yang and activating blood circulation was used to treat early diabetic kidney disease of Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency type, and the changes of TCM syndrome score, urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio,Liver and Kidney function and other safety indexes before and after treatment were observed,so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the method of warming Yang and activating blood circulation in the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease of Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency type.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70 patients included in the study were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio.Patients in both groups were given Valsartan capsules orally on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy, and those in the treatment group were given qidan decoction orally on the basis of the control group,as well as moxibustion with YongQuan and ShenShu.After 8 weeks of treatment, the changes of TCM syndrome score and urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results1.Comparison of general data:there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, and course of disease(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score, urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio,Cr,ALT,and AST before treatment, indicating comparability between the two groups.2.Comparison of glycosylated hemoglobin:Compared with the same group before treatment, there was no significant difference in hbalc between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no significant dif ference in glycosylated hemoglobin between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:compared with the same group before treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased after treatment, showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).4.Comparison of changes in urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio:compared with the same group before treatment,ACR of patients in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the ratio of urinary microalbumin to creatinine decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:28 cases were effective in the treatment group, and 4 cases were ineffective. The control group was effective in 18 cases and ineffective in 15 cases. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 52.94%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.comparison of safety indicators:compared with the same group before treatment;Cr was improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,Cr decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in ALT and AST in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionQidan Decoction combined with moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with early diabetic kidney disease of Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type, reduce urinary microalbumin excretion, and delay the progress of early diabetic kidney disease.
