Effect Of Jujing Granulation On Oligoasthenozoospermia And PRM2Genetic MRNA Expression Level

Objective:To discuss the effect of Jujing granulation on oligoasthenozoospermia and PRM2mRNA expression level.Methods:Jujing granulation was used to treat21cases of oligoasthenozoospermia patients, and8cases with normal sperm were selected, to compare the changes of sperm concentration, vitality and PRM2mRNA level between each of them and normal persons before and after treatment.Results:There is differences between experimental group and controlled group in the expression levels of PRM2mRNA(P<0.05).There is significant differences between the two groups in sperm concentration (P<0.01).There is significant differences between the two groups in A level of sperm (P<0.01).There is significant differences between the two groups in A+B sperm (P<0.01). There is a positive correlation between PRM2mRNA levels and A-level grade sperm and A+B sperm (Correlation coefficient are0.419and0.571;P are0.021and0.001).PRM2mRNA level was lower than the normal persons before treatment (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference from the normal persons after treatment (P>0.05), so PRM2mRNA level after treatment was higher than before treatment (P<0.01); The sperm concentration after treatment was higher than before treatment (P<0.01); A-class sperm after treatment was higher than before treatment (P<0.01); A+B class sperm after treatment was higher than before treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Oligoasthenozoospermia patients whose PRM2mRNA expression levels is lower than normal. Jujing granulation had a good curative effect on the improvement of sperm concentration and vitality of patients with oligoasthenozoospermia, and it could significantly improve PRM2mRNA expression level. We hypothesized that get fine particles can promote the PRM2gene mRNA expression so as to achieve the purpose of improving sperm quality, fine particles role is a valid target genes.
