Objective:To evaluate the effect on arteriosclerosis of femoral artery in patients with diabetes and hypertension by Color Doppler Ultrasound.Methods:59cases of type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and56cases of T2DM combined hypertension patients were enrolled in this study,50patients without diabetes and high blood pressure as normal control group, Use of high frequency color multispectral le ultrasonic detection lower limb femoral artery, popliteal artery, tibial artery, posterior tibial artery before the inside diameter, intima-media thickness and plaque formation rate, artery blood flow velocity, resistance indices. And measured in resting and reactive hyperemia state the artery diameter changes, evaluation of the artery endothelial diastolic function.Results:1.Compared with normal control group, two groups of T2DM patients with the lower limb artery diameter,blood flow velocity, were reduced, in-in the film thickness, resistance index were increased (P<0.05) with T2DM hypertension increased higher than pure T2DM group (P<0.05);2. Compared with normal control group, the T2DM group and T2DM combined hypertension group of lower limbs, the extent of atherosclerosis plaque detection rate, artery stenosis rate increased, with T2DM combined hypertension group increased significantly;3.Compared with normal control group, T2DM group and T2DM combined hypertension group of lower limb artery is irregular and heterogeneous plaques increased significantly, with T2DM combined hypertension group increased significantly;4.Compared with normal control group, pure T2DM group and T2DM combined hypertension group more concentrated in the narrow II, III medium and severe stenosis, especially T2DM artery IV level of severe stenosis cases hypertension group was obviously increased;5.Compared with normal control group, T2DM group and T2DM each lower limb artery endothelial diastolic function of hypertension group were lower (P<0.05), with T2DM combined hypertension group reduced significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:T2DM combined hypertension aggravates the degree of femoral artery atherosclerosis, by Color Doppler Ultrasound can be used to evaluate the effect on lower limb atherosclerosis in diabetes and hypertension.
