| Objective:To study expression of Proliferating antigen Ki-67vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Her-2of breast cancer. And their correlations with cliniopathological significance. Methods:using immunohistochemical (PV9000)74cases of breast cancer and18cases of breast benign lesions paraffin embedding slice VEGF and Her-2,Ki-67expression and explore its clinical pathological parameters and their mutual relationship. Results:(1) VEGF and Her-2, Ki-67in breast cancer (high) expression rate is respectively:66.2%,78.4%and27.1%;(high) expression rate of benign lesions respectively,11.1%,38.9%,5.5%, statistical analysis their expression in breast cancer rates were significantly higher than that of breast benign lesions group (P<0.05), analyzed statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) the Ki-67and VEGF as histologic classification has increased its expression rate showed a trend of increase statistically significant (P<0.05), Ki-67and VEGF expression and the presence of positive axillary lymph nodes was statistically difference (P<0.05). Her-2expression they are related to the histological grade and axillary lymph node metastasis is not (P>0.05);(3) VEGF and Her-2, Ki-67expression significantly (P<0.05), Ki-67, VEGF expression has no obvious correlation between (P>0.05). Conclusion:(1) the development of breast cancer has Her-2, Ki-67, VEGF participation, Ki-67and VEGF and histologic grading tips and tumor invasion and metastasis;(2) in the breast cancer tumor size and age with its Her-2, Ki-67and the expression of VEGF has nothing to do;(3) in the breast cancer Ki-67and expression of VEGF and Her-2significantly related, Ki-67no intrinsic connection between the expression of VEGF. |
