| Objective To study the breast cancer, breast fiber adenoma, peritumoral normal breast tissue P16ã€MCM7〠Her-2and VEGF expression and analyzing the breast cancer pathological characteristic in breast cancer and the relationship between each other mutual relation, which for clinical treatment and prognosis provide new basis. Methods Application immunohistochemical SP method to detect70cases of breast cancer,15cases of breast fiber adenoma,15cases of peritumoral normal breast tissue P16ã€MCM7ã€Her-2and VEGF proteins expression. Analyzes its expression in different breast tissue.Analyzing the clinical stage breast cancer, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of the relationship. Result Breast cancer P16positive expression rate47.1%(33/70) was significantly lower than breast fiber adenoma (13/15)86.7%and peritumoral normal breast tissue (14/15)93.3%,P<0.01. MCM7positive expression rate85.7%(60/70) was significantly higher than breast fiber adenoma (2/15)13.3%and peritumoral normal breast tissue (1/15),6.7%, P<0.01. Her-2positive expression rate30%(21/70)was significantly higher than breast fiber adenoma (1/15)6.7%and peritumoral normal breast tissue (0/15),0%, P<0.01. VEGF protein positive expression rate67.1%(47/70) was significantly higher than breast fiber adenoma (5/15)33.3%and peritumoral normal breast tissue (4/15),26.7%, P<0.01. MCM7, Her-2, VEGF expression and P16was negatively correlated(P<0.01). P16, MCM7, VEGF expression were associated with breast cancer staging and lymph node metastasis; her-2expression were associated with the lymph node metastasis and have nothing to do with breast cancer staging. Her-2, VEGF expression and MCM7was positive correlation in the breast cancer (P<0.01). VEGF expression and Her-2was positive correlation (P<0.01).Conclusion P16, MCM7, Her-2, VEGF all can reflect the behavior of breast cancer biology as one of the indexes, is an important index of the prognosis, in order to control the activity of the target for cancer prevention and control in the invasion and metastasis of tumor will play a huge role, through the joint test for breast cancer gene therapy and prognosis assessment provides the basis. |
