Testosterone Undecanoate Combined With Levocarnitine Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Men With Oligospermia And Asthenospermia Clinical Analysis Of120Cases

Objective:To observe the testosterone undecanoate combined Levocarnitine Oral Solution less weak effect of treatment of male azoospermia patients. Methods:We selected3consecutive routine examination for120cases diagnosed as little weak sperm sperm disease patients, the clinical study of self-control method, give the group after drug therapy, respectively with the sperm concentration, sperm survival rate and sperm activity (PR+NP,%), pregnancy rate was the main therapeutic effect index, to PR grade sperm, semen volume evaluation of testosterone undecanoate combined Levocarnitine Oral Solution treating oligoasthenospermia treatment effect. Results:111patients completed the clinical study, compared with before treatment, patients in group A after oral administration of testosterone undecanoate therapy, sperm concentration and sperm survival rate was significantly increased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); group B were treated by oral Levocarnitine Oral Solution after treatment, total sperm, sperm survival rate activity (PR+NP,%), PR grade sperm than before treatment significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); group C patients after oral administration of testosterone undecanoate combined Levocarnitine Oral Solution after treatment, sperm concentration, sperm survival rate, total sperm vitality (PR+NP,%), PR grade sperm than before treatment significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), A, B, C three groups after drug treatment of pregnancy rate have obvious difference, the effect of C group was significantly better than A group and B group (P<0.05), and after treatment, compared with January, the C group in the sperm density, sperm survival rate, total sperm vitality (PR+NP%), three main parameters in3months after treatment were significantly increased (P<0.05), also, compared with2months after treatment, the related parameters in semen after3months treatment significantly increased (P<0.05), conclusion: Testosterone undecanoate combined Levocarnitine Oral Solution can significantly improve the oligozoospermia male semen parameters, improve the pregnancy rate, and during the course of medication with no obvious adverse reactions, can be used as a selection of clinical medication.
