Kadsura longipedunculata is one of the homology of medicine and food items announced by China’s Ministry of Health. Modern research shows that Kadsura longipedunculata mainly contain lignans, triterpene, volatile oil, organic acid and polysaccharide et al. At present, the research on Kadsura longipedunculata at home and abroad mainly focuses on its pharmacological effects, little research on free radical scavenging of Kadsura longipedunculata was reported.In order to study the antioxidant activity of Kadsura longipedunculata, Kadsura longipedunculata dry fruit was as the raw material, the extraction, refinement and identification of antioxidant constituents from Kadsura longipedunculata were studied. The main results are as follows:(1) Kadsura longipedunculata dry fruit was as the raw material to optimize the extraction process of Antioxidant form Kadsura longipedunculata. Compared with traditional extraction, the scavenging activity of ultrasonic extracts on DPPH·and·OH increased by24.66%and12.95%respectively, the extraction rate of total flavonoids increased by0.35%. In the condition of ratio of material to ethanol1:20, the optimized ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:the ultrasonic frequency was75kHz, the extraction temperature was75℃and extraction time was50min.(2) The petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol ethanol was used to extract the ethanol extract of of Kadsura longipedunculata for further separation and purification. The results showed that the scavenging activity on DPPH-of ethyl acetate extract was the highest, and flavonoid content was the highest too. Therefore, the ethyl acetate extracts were further separated and purified. The separation result of ethyl acetate extracts is the best when chloroform:methanol:acetic acid=1:4:0.1. three components NW-1, NW-2and NW-3was isolated and their Rf are0.86,0.65and0.54.(3) The results of color reaction experiment, IR and1H-NMR showed that NW-1and NW-2may be isoflavones and NW-3may be two hydrogen flavonoids.
