| Objective:A retrospective study of Taizhou City People’s Hospital clinical data of124cases of patients with angina pectoris, clinical efficacy in combination therapy of angina pectoris.Methods:124cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group Danhong injection and Western medicine treatment control group of62patients, there was no significant differences in gender, age, disease duration, classification, complications, cardiac function (P>0.05). The control group received conventional treatment, including bed rest, oxygen, continuous electrocardiographic monitoring and other general treatment of heart, anti-ischemic therapy and antiplatelet, anticoagulant, lipid-lowering, blood pressure control and other treatment, the observation group were added with Dan on this basis red injection therapy, to improve the situation were compared angina, ECG and syndromes and heart function before and after treatment.Results:Two groups of patients after treatment, the efficacy of the treatment group and designate score ECG in angina pectoris, the total efficiency of TCM were95.16%,88.71%,83.87%, significantly better than the control group,80.64%,67.74%,75.81%, cardiac function index contrast the two groups before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), and designate the treatment group improved cardiac function compared with the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05) in angina pectoris, TCM.Conclusion:Integrative treatment of angina pectoris can relieve angina symptoms, improve heart function, clinical efficacy significantly. |
