Effect Of Danhong Injection On Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Serum Hs-CRP And Hey In Patients With Unstable Angina

Objective:Observe and evaluate clinical effect of danhong injection on heart blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and unstable angina, which effect on hs-CRP, sICAM-1; TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, tPA, PAI-1, and discuss Effects of danhong injection on coronary atherosclerosis disease from the anti-chronic inflammatory pathological changes.Method:60selected inpatients with unstable angina patients from cardiologic medicine in the Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30each group. Inpatients in experimental group were given danhong injection, others were given shuxietong injection, who treated in the foundation in the doctor practicingwestern medicine, which joined separately in the5%GS or0.9%NS250ml by intravenous drip to the two groups for10d. the changes of treatment were compared between two groups, and analyzed with Statistical Software.Observe two groups before and after the treatment-related checks, application of statistical analysis software, p＜0.05for clinical significance.Results:1. The total effective rate of Angina pectoris between two groups:experimental group was86.67%, control group was76.67%, two groups compared was P=0.046＜0.05for clinical significance.2. The total effective rate of Electrocardiogram between two groups:experimental group was46.67%, control group was40%, two groups compared was P=0.329＞0.05for no significant difference.3. The total effective rate of TCM Syndromes between two groups:experimental group was90%, control group was80%, two groups compared was P=0.000＜0.05for clinical significance.4. The indexes on the two groups before and after treatment:all indexes were improved for significant difference (P＜0.05) before and after treatment. There were significant difference for tPA,TG in total indexs after treatment (P＜0.05).5. Safety: two groups had no serious adverse reactions and side effects during treatment.Conclusion:Effect on Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris was affirmed for Angina pectoris, TCM Syndromes, tPA, TG, which was worthy for being widely used in treatment of Unstable angina pectoris.
