Purpose:Confirmed by angina pectoris syndromes and Type A personality associated with the performance of different emotions in order to improve the relevance of research to quantify dialectical analysis of the differences and correlations, to guide the dialectical purposes, in order for the medicine chest pain typing improve dialectical quantify, making medicine chest pain syndrome type more objective, thus contributing to the guidance of Chinese intervention-treat emotional patterns.Ways:Select the inpatient and outpatient115cases of angina pectoris meets diagnostic criteria to determine its syndromes, then patient of type A behavior and ones of other type behavior were observed in all patients by Zhang Boyuan type A behavior screening questionnaire proportions, and finally through the symptom Checklist (SCL-90) in patients with type A behavior subdivision anxiety, depression, hostility, emotional performance, observe the different emotions expressed in the proportion of each type of TCM. After treatment, all the information was entered into the computer for statistical analysis with SPSS.Results:(1) The number of patients with angina pectoris in patients with type A behavior was significantly more than the number of B-type behavior group;(2) A group of Type A behavior, depression, anxiety significantly higher incidence of Type B behavior group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); B-type behavior was significantly more than the group deficiency of Qi and Blood Type A behavior group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01)(3) A type behavior group Qi and blood stagnation, obstruction by phlegm in the heart vessels syndromes were more than acts of B-type group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(4) Angina Pectoris in patients with type A behavior common in the obstruction by phlegm in the heart vessels of the anxiety group, depression is more common in Qi and blood stagnation syndrome type group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Although the coexistence of anxiety and depression were more common in obstruction by phlegm in the heart vessels and deficiency of cardiac Yin and kidney Yin syndromes, hostile groups were common in deficiency of Qi and Yin Syndromes, but the number of the two cases was small, the test P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Type A behavior in patients with angina pectoris was more than patients of type B behavior, A-type behavior is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of angina pectoris, and type A behavior occurs more anxiety, poor emotional component of depression than the type B behavior, different emotions were linked with the different components of TCM, to guide the dialectical therapy, suggesting that Chinese intervention-new ideas for the treatment of thoracic obstruction emotional patterns of heartache.
