The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance

Objective This study is about the clinical study on the effect of acupuncture therapy in treating polycystic ovary sydrome with insulin resistance.Through acupuncture therapy in women with polycystic ovary syndrome due to sex hormone levels,glucolipid metabolism.The research methods Collected in August2013to January2014in suzhou city hospital outpatient clinic patients.The choice conforms to this topic diagnosis standard research object38examples,stochastically divides into the experimental group19examples,the comparison group19examples.The experimental group uses acupuncture therapy.The comparison group uses the placebo treatments.Three times a week, for2months of treatment.The imformation of Patients’endocrine secretion was tested pretherapy and2months after treatment,and the determination of BMI, WC,WHR, sex hormone levels,glucolipid metabolism.etc.At the sametimes,we observed the improvement of clinical symptomes such as hairy symptoms,acne clears,and so on.Result (1) Within the group comparison:the treatment group before and after treatment compared with BMI, WC, WHR, acne score, T, FINS, HOMA IR, TG were significantly lower, with significant difference (P<0.05); The control group before and after treatment there was no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) The comparison between groups:after treatment, the treatment group compared with control group, BMI, WC, WHR, acne score, T, FINS, HOMA IR, TG were significantly decreased, there was a significant difference (P<0.05),the rest of the indicators no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture treatment was a significant therapeutic principle of phlegm PCOS-IR.It could decrease the levels of BMI, WC, WHR, T, HOMA-IR, TG, improve sex hormone levels and glucolipid metabolic disorder condition, economic security, is rich in clinical treatment.
