| Objective:A new evaluation method is used to study the effects of three kinds of laxatives in intestinal preparation, find out the individual gut for patient prepar ation medicine.Methods:The patients were randomly divided450patients undergoin g colonoscopy examination into3groups,150cases in each group, A group was t reated with20%mannitol, B group received50%magnesium sulfate, C group oral ly taken senna.3groups of patients after intestinal cleanliness was proposed by B oston of Boston University medical center in bowel preparation scale (Boston bowe1preparation scale, BBPS) score, after taking the drug tolerance, diarrhea start time and the frequency of diarrhea were compared, analysis.Results:The three groups b y BBPS score in the difference of total colon cleansing effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The tolerance degree:A group and B group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.017), A group than in B group was well tolerated; The re were no statistical significance of A group and C group,B group and C group d ifferences (P>0.017). In the start time:Diarrhea difference with B group showed no significant difference A group(P>0.05); there were significant differences betwe en A group and C group difference (P<0.017); C group than in A group after ad ministration began to diarrhea late; a significant difference between B group and C group difference(P<0.017); C group than in B group. After the start of diarrhea1ater.
