Expression And Clinical Significance Of TR β1Protein In Human Breast Carcinoma

Objective:To detect the expression of TR β1protein in tumor adjacent tissues, futhermore to provide research-based for breast cancer pathogenesis and new methods of diagnosis and treatmentinvestigate.Methods:Randomly selected Xinjiang Medical University Cancer Hospital and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, clinically proven paraffin104cases of breast cancer, breast cancer detection TRβ1protein expression using immunohistochemical analysis of TRβ1patients with clinical and pathological indicators correlation between.Results:(1)104cases of breast cancer tissue specimens, TRβ1expression in44cases,60cases of negative expression, the positive expression rate of42.31%(44/104), negative expression rate of57.69%(60/104).(2) TRβ1expression mainly located in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The expression in the nucleus was65.91%(29/44), the cytoplasm was52.27%(23/44), the membrane was38.64%(17/44), pulp, both nuclear expression31.82%(14/44) membrane, nucleus25.00%(11/44). Expression (3) TRβ1with lymph node metastasis, histological grade, and Her-2status related (P<0.05).(4) TRβ1expression of ER, PR, clinical stage, genotyping unrelated (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) TRβ1protein encoding gene mutation and the development of human breast cancer.(2) TRβ1protein expression was mainly localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm, TRβ1in both the nucleus and cytoplasm of breast cancer cells involved in the regulation of physiological functions.(3) Lack TRβ1protein expression and lymph node metastasis, histological grade, and Her-2status information about the progress of TRβ1negative expression associated with breast cancer.(4) TRβ1can be used as an indicator of breast cancer prognosis.
